Building Real-World Experience for What’s Next.

I’m Brett Bilodeau, a fourth-year BBA student at Vancouver Island University building a career in business operations, supply chain, and team-focused problem solving. Through hands-on experience at Coulson Aviation Canada and customer-facing roles across retail and service, I’ve learned how strong businesses run through reliable systems, clear communication, and people who are willing to jump in and get the job done.

About

People, systems, progress.

Same drive. Bigger horizons.

I’m a business student from British Columbia with practical experience in operations, purchasing support, receiving, inventory, shipping and logistics, customer service, and team-based work environments. I completed an Associate Degree of Business Administration in Management at the University of Montevallo and am now finishing my Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Vancouver Island University.

After graduation, I’m looking for business roles where I can keep building in operations, coordination, management, and organizational support.

Experience

A practical foundation in operations, teamwork, and service.

Most recently, I completed a Supply Chain Internship with Coulson Aviation Canada, where I supported the Purchasing, Receiving and Inventory, and Shipping and Logistics teams while completing a directed study through Vancouver Island University. That experience gave me exposure to how a fast-moving operation depends on coordination, organization, and attention to detail across multiple departments.

Before that, I worked as a Detailer at Galaxy RV, where I was responsible for maintaining interior and exterior vehicle presentation while helping keep the shop and lot organized. I’ve also worked in retail, food service, and fuel service roles, where I developed strong customer service skills, learned to work efficiently in team settings, and handled day-to-day responsibilities like stocking, order processing, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces. Across each role, I’ve built a reputation for being dependable, coachable, and willing to learn quickly.
